Here is a seconfd hand Practical Series Murakami Katana from Yari No Hanzo. This was used for review purposes and has not been used to cut with.
Issues: Tsuka core has a split in it that can probably be sealed with wood glue and would be fine for iaido. Be aware if you plan on cutting hard targets.
A note about Yari No Hanzo Saya-They use a wax internally, presumably to prevent moisture from entering. While this works well, if you actually train with your sword, as the saya warms around your body, the wax will start depositing itself on the sword. This causes no problems other than additional cleaning at the end of keiko.
