Thank you for choosing Ashigaru Armory. By completing a purchase, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding shipping, condition, and authenticity.

1. Final Sale & Refund Policy

All sales are final. Ashigaru Armory does not accept returns or exchanges. Furthermore, all deposits are strictly non-refundable. Please ensure your intent to purchase before committing to a transaction.

2. Item Condition & Antique Nature

As we specialize in historical artifacts, please be advised that all items are sold in "as-is" condition.

  • Acknowledge of Wear: Customers acknowledge that these items are antiques and will exhibit signs of age, use, and varying states of preservation.

  • Due Diligence: By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have thoroughly reviewed all provided photographs and videos, asked any pertinent questions, and fully accept the item's current condition.

3. Shipping & Liability

Ashigaru Armory is not liable for any damages, loss, or theft incurred during the shipping process.

  • Compensation: No financial compensation or refunds will be provided for shipping-related issues once the item has left our custody.

  • Insurance: Shipping insurance is not included by default. If you wish to protect your investment with shipping insurance, please contact us for a quote prior to shipment.

4. Attributions & Authenticity

Historical provenance and claims regarding our items are handled with the following distinctions:

  • Third-Party Documentation: Claims regarding an item’s maker, age, or school are only considered definitive if accompanied by official NHTK or NBTHK or similar entity certification. In these instances, such claims are the sole responsibility of the respective certifying body and not Ashigaru Armory.

  • Informal Attributions: Any attributions or stories provided by previous owners that are not backed by official paperwork are provided for entertainment and historical context only and are not guaranteed for accuracy.
