Shipping policy

Order Fulfillment Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days. Estimated delivery dates are subject to the performance of the chosen carrier and the specific service level selected by the customer.

Shipping Insurance Policy Shipments include only the base insurance provided by the carrier (e.g., USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Standard). Ashigaru Armory is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Customers may opt for supplemental insurance at their own expense by contacting us via email prior to shipment.

Carrier Handling Once a package leaves our facility, Ashigaru Armory is no longer responsible for the condition of the delivery. Any claims regarding transit damage or lost shipments must be filed directly with the carrier.
